about

"Just Say You Love Me Again" included in The Controversy's second album "Don't Count On Me". The Los Angeles electronic art-pop duo invites you on a journey through intricate electronic beats, psychedelic ambiance and unusual pop melodies. With U&I Magazine naming their single "Queen of Chinatown" as #1 Single of 2014, FourCulture Magazine proclaiming the band as one of the Best Artist of 2014 and recent features and premieres on Buzzbands LA, Free Bike Valet Magazine, The Deli Magazine, Polari UK, Impose Magazine, there's expectation being build around the duo's second album "Don't Count On Me", to be released on February 2015.

Originally from Spain and Denmark, The Controversy's sound is influenced by artists like St Vincent, Beck, Air, Miike Snow, Portishead, Bjork and Massive Attack and has been described as a "seamless mash up of electronica with psychedelic rock". The Controversy has released two singles ("Queen of Chinatown" and "Two Voices") from their upcoming second album and will release a third one, “You Know” on January 12th.

lyrics

I miss that sparkle in your eyes
Remember how we used to laugh?
Just say you love me again.

Was it me that became cold
And froze the summer of your soul?
Just say you love me again.

Please let me in your world once more,
I promise that I will be yours
Just say you love me again.
